Question 1

What should I do if I am unhappy with my service result?

Accepted Answer

If you notice an issue or flaw with your service, please notify the Ministry of Beauty management team and visit the salon in person within 48 hours for an examination. We will coordinate with you and your original stylist to address and correct the matter within 7 days. After 7 days, Ministry of Beauty cannot be held liable for corrections.

Question 2

What qualifies for a service redo or correction?

Accepted Answer

Corrections apply strictly to service application flaws evaluated by management. Normal wear and tear, such as damage from sweating/intense activity, failure to wrap hair or follow care instructions, or applying outside chemicals/tampering, does not qualify for a redo. Standard service fees will apply for non-qualifying requests.

Question 3

Can I get a refund for my service?

Accepted Answer

All services are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if management determines that the stylist was negligent and unable to implement a proper correction.

Question 4

Can my stylist service me outside the salon?

Accepted Answer

No. All adjustments, corrections, and services must take place inside the salon with the original stylist present. Employees are strictly prohibited from rendering services outside the facility without written authorization from ownership.
